For over 30 years K West has delivered successful residential developments with more than 1,700 homes in West Kelowna and Kelowna. Most recently, Kevin Bird, President of K West Homes has sold out and completed two “smart” studio developments; Cambridge House in Kelowna BC and Vita at Okanagan Landing in Vernon BC.
